Recent Lecture to CAAA 2009 Summer Meeting in Lake Tahoe, June 26th, 2009
In 2009, Dr. Fishman lectured to CAAA about newer treatments for prescription narcotic drug addiction. In addition, AMA Guides, 5th edition ratings for derivative drug side effects of narcotics and NSAIDs were discussed in detail. The importance of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) as a derivative factor in multiple disease states was outlined.
